  • Assist with Food Preparation and Storage: Assist our chefs with receiving and storing food and kitchen supplies, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Wash and Sanitize Equipment: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, using dishwashers or by hand, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Maintain Kitchen Areas: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Dispose of Waste: Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen and transport them to the designated disposal areas.

Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 pounds, and push and pull heavy gondolas filled with trash.
Working Conditions
  • Hot and Damp Environment: Work in a hot and damp environment, with frequent exposure to chemical cleaning agents and potential hazards such as cuts, scalds, and burns.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent immersions in water and exposure to hot and damp conditions.
