Physician - Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiology Expert to join our team as an Advanced Heart Failure Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing and busy cardiovascular group in a rapidly expanding city.
The Advanced Heart Failure program provides a full spectrum of cardiovascular care, including cardiac transplantation, LVAD, and ECMO support. Our team of 65 full-time providers represents all sub-specialties of cardiology, and we are actively involved in clinical research with approximately 25-30 ongoing clinical trials.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with complex medical conditions, utilizing advanced diagnostic and treatment skills.
- Coordinate discharge planning with case management to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in academic programs, such as medical education and research, to advance the field of cardiology.
- Provide high-quality documentation that meets insurance company requirements and appeal denials in a timely manner.
- Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, including on-call schedules.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board
