Job Overview:

Objective:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Project Manager to oversee our dynamic projects.

The Medical Project Manager will be tasked with the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale healthcare infrastructure initiatives, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgetary constraints, and compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.

This role will involve travel across the US as required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of assigned healthcare infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to establish project goals, timelines, and resource distribution plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, healthcare regulations, and legal obligations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, developing and executing project strategies.
  • Address project challenges and enhance project methodologies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and quality across all project operations.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years in healthcare infrastructure project management, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale healthcare projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare infrastructure processes, including design, HVAC, and construction.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret healthcare infrastructure designs and specifications.
  • Proficient in project management software and technology.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
