  • Takes food and beverage orders from guests and enters orders in the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Informs guests of specials and menu changes to enhance their dining experience.
  • Makes food recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Responsibly serves alcohol to guests while ensuring a safe and responsible environment.
  • Delivers food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Maintains outstanding knowledge of the core menu, drink menu, and limited-time offers (LTOs) to answer guests' questions and provide recommendations.
  • Monitors and observes guests' dining experiences to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
  • Takes payment from guests using applicable gift cards, rewards cards, discounts, or coupons.
  • Informs management if a guest is unhappy and takes necessary actions to recover the situation.
  • Maintains the dining room's appearance and cleanliness to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of the Steps of Service to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Performs side work at the beginning and end of each shift as required to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Is ready and willing to assist fellow servers with clearing and resetting tables to ensure seamless service delivery.
