Scale Technician

As a Scale Technician at Work For Warriors Georgia, you will be the face of our company, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and calibration of our customers' weighing and measuring equipment. You will work independently to troubleshoot, test, observe, program, and document the various components of an industrial scale.

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
• Perform standard procedures for calibrating and testing industrial scale equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Diagnose system problems using PC, tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic gear to make necessary repairs.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or a down situation.
• Gather and record machine information to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide onsite training and consultation on equipment and repairs to ensure seamless operations.

• 3-5 years of Mechanical and/or Electrical experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, including industrial, agricultural, and pharmaceutical settings.
• Applicant will be responsible for providing their own general hand tools, with necessary specialty tools furnished by the company.
• Able to work independently without direct supervision, as well as ability to work as a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately process paperwork and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office, email, and basic understanding of networks.
• Logical troubleshooting skills and capability to isolate problems.
