We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our on-site clinical team at Newark Liberty Airport in Newark, NJ. As a Radiology Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our occupational health clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Process medical films and maintain darkroom equipment
- Review films for proper identification and quality check
- Prepare films for reading by physicians
- Assist technologists with preparing solutions used in radiologic and diagnostic imaging procedures
- Assist patients through radiologic diagnostic procedures
- Conduct radiologic diagnostic procedures and file films and records
- Receive and store incoming supplies and maintain inventory records
- Documentation of state license/registration (if applicable)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certificate (if applicable)
- CPR certification (BLS for community/lay responder or Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer)
- Three years of clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting (preferred)
