Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Vehicle Repairs
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
Communicate with Customers
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, explaining repairs, and providing estimates for additional work.
Work with Colleagues
Collaborate with other technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Meet Quality Standards
Perform all work to manufacturer specifications and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience as a service technician preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
ASE certification preferred; strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment
40+ hour workweek; every weekend off.
Competitive Compensation
Salary range: $35,000 - $85,000 annually.
