Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse is accountable for conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing comprehensive care plans, and delivering high-quality nursing services to a designated group of patients throughout their shift. This role includes overseeing and guiding the activities of LVN/LPNs, nursing aides, unit clerks, and other clinical or administrative personnel. Depending on the assignment, the RN may also take on the responsibilities of a charge nurse within the unit. This position requires providing care to a diverse patient population, including older adolescents, young adults, adults, seniors, and pediatric patients.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Valid RN License in the state of employment or a compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
