Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve production goals and objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
- Monitor and control production costs, inventory, and quality
- Implement and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements
- Technical training in a relevant field and additional qualifications as a technician or master
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
