We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Harker Heights, TX. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Perform other LPN duties as assigned.
- Current LPN license in the state of Texas.
- Current Health Certificate.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LPN experience preferred.
