We are seeking an exceptional Family Medicine physician to join our esteemed practice in the heart of upstate New York.
About the Opportunity
- A fully employed position with a reputable healthcare system that prioritizes physician autonomy and governance
- The opportunity to work from a state-of-the-art office location, offering a seamless patient experience
- An average caseload of 20 patients per day, catering to all age groups
- Option to maintain a 4-day workweek for improved work-life balance
- A shared call arrangement among local groups, with minimal call responsibility (approximately 1:15) – phone-only calls ensure flexibility
- Generous Paid Time Off policy, totaling six weeks in the first year
- A salary guarantee based on experience, ranging from $245K to $265K annually, plus performance-based bonuses
- A commencement bonus package: $50,000 at initiation, $25,000 after one year, and $25,000 after two years
