What We Expect from Our Line Cook:
- Minimum education level: Leaving Cert or equivalent
- NVQ qualification or similar
- A proven track record in catering
- A genuine passion for culinary arts and customer satisfaction
- Creativity in menu design and food presentation
- Strong listening and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring our reputation for exceptional food quality is upheld.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed.
- Contribute to menu development, staying abreast of culinary trends and innovations.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Ensure the efficient operation of your designated section.
