Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
Working Conditions

The Customer Service Lead will be required to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods, and move and lift 55 pounds. The ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees is also required.
