As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the intake of new canvass lead data, ensuring accuracy, and confirming and qualifying lead details. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of multiple locations and assistance with daily goals, conversions, and reporting
  • Excelent customer service to potential customers and existing customers over the phone
  • Dial and contribute to overall lead count daily to help hit marketing goals when not confirming canvass leads
  • Assistance with setting proper expectations with homeowners about appointment details or issues that need to be resolved

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
