Job Overview:

The Nurse Clinical Ambulatory is responsible for delivering disease-specific patient care to individuals experiencing significant acute or chronic health issues or those seeking to maintain their health. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting skilled assessments
  • Managing patient communications
  • Following up on tests and results
  • Planning for preoperative care
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Providing patient education
  • Executing clinical evaluations and interventions

This position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced ambulatory care environment, emphasizing patient-centered care that prioritizes quality, safety, and service. A solid understanding of nursing practices, departmental policies, and operational protocols is essential for success.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Windows, Word, and Outlook.

Supervisory Duties:

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

ADN or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
