Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Medical City Weatherford. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing
  • Six Months nursing experience in an acute care setting
  • Current Registered Nurse license with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners or compact license
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BCLS or certified within one week of hire date
