About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support to patients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Household Chores: Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Medication Reminders: Remind patients to take medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to their treatment plans.
  • Vital Signs: Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration, identifying any potential health concerns.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Transportation: Assist patients with transportation to medical appointments or errands, promoting their mobility and access to healthcare services.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred but not always required.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
