We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at HiFyve in the Food Production industry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet cost and output targets.
  • Align manufacturing functions with plant objectives and ensure that production capacity meets sales demands.
  • Enhance the quality of plant assets and optimize work schedules based on orders.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to monitor raw material quality and work closely with Quality/R&D for product/process enhancements.
  • Effectively manage off-spec materials inventory and maintain formulation data system accurately.

**Requirements:**

  • 5-7 years of management experience in food-grade settings.
  • Knowledge of dairy evaporators and drying technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in plant operations and business software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must have work authorization.

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
  • Rotating shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
  • Relocation support available.
