Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter & Craftsman to join our team at M3 Inc.

Job Summary:

As a Carpenter & Craftsman, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of construction in high-end residential and light commercial work. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural and rough framing, fine trim carpentry, and millwork
  • Read and interpret plans, and ensure accurate execution
  • Operate various hand tools, shop tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Adapt to new construction methods and technologies
  • Operate electronic computer tablets (iPads) for documentation and communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Carpenter
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
