Job Responsibilities
  • Examine and process new location offers in sales countries.
  • Develop feasibility studies and optimize floor plans for new construction and existing properties.
  • Coordinate technical contract parameters with in-house specialists.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or project management.
  • Several years of experience in construction, preferably with a focus on commercial or industrial properties.
  • Organizational talent, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Team orientation and willingness to travel.
