About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at RAYUS Radiology. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Imaging Services: Produce diagnostic images in assigned areas and perform quality control tasks as assigned.
- Patient Care: Screen patients before exams for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to the examination, and promote good customer relations with patients, physicians, visitors, and other company personnel.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Department Support: Participate in staff meetings, maintain positive work relationships with radiologists and other physicians, and assist in maintaining an updated radiographic protocol manual.
- Record Keeping: Accurately maintain patient records within Radiology Information Software.
- Training and Development: Assist with training of new associates, providing resource and technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of principles and procedures of diagnostic radiology and mammography.
- Ability to operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
