Busser Job Description at Mia's Table

Mia's Table is seeking a skilled Busser to join our team of passionate food enthusiasts. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Assist customers with seating, provide menus, and answer basic questions about our offerings.
  • Monitor and refill water glasses and other beverages as requested by customers.
  • Support the food runners by delivering food items, condiments, and other supplies to the dining area.
  • Assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming the dining area and restrooms.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
