Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a senior caregiver at TheKey. As a member of our care team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs
  • Providing exceptional care and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life
  • Assisting with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and reporting any changes in their condition

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least one year of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • HCA/PER ID registration preferred but not required (we can assist with obtaining)
  • Alzheimer's or dementia experience is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Basic computer skills and technical savviness are necessary
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and passing a background check are required
