About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage salon staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

Requirements:
