Diesel Fleet Services Manager

Circle K is a leading provider of fueling solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Diesel Fleet Services Manager at Circle K, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations within our workshops.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our fleet services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, quality output, and a safe working environment. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and orders, while upholding safety protocols and regulations within the workshop.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of shop operations, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Supervise a team of skilled technicians and workers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with operations management to develop project plans and budgets, aligning PM/repair schedules with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing measures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Act as a liaison between the shop and upper management, relaying information about production status, challenges, and resource needs.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years management experience, preferably in a diesel mechanic field.
- Proven experience as a Shop Supervisor or similar role, with a strong background in mechanical analysis and software proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
