Responsibilities include preparing the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, changing bed linens, and replenishing guest amenities while adhering to safety and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and colleagues in a warm, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain consistent attendance as per MKM Hotels' scheduling requirements.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
  • Adhere to MKM Hotels' operational standards and regulations to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.
  • Complete all preparatory cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
  • Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest accommodations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • May involve disassembling furniture or items in guest rooms for comprehensive cleaning.
  • Deep cleaning duties may encompass changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and moldings, repairing scratched furniture, or rehanging sliding doors.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Capability to assess and choose among various courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to perform well in high-pressure and stressful situations.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
