Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues, including pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, light systems, and rigging.
  • Conduct general building maintenance tasks, including boiler operation, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, and light ballast repair.
  • Perform welding tasks, including MIG and Stick welding, and read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and perform preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or concerns to management.
Work Environment

This is a direct hire position with a pay rate of $38.80/hr, with differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The position is located in a union facility (UAW) with over 400 employees on site.
