Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Home Infusion to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health. As a RN Home Infusion, you will provide individualized nursing care to patients and families in their homes, reflecting the mission, philosophy, and values of our agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with patients, co-workers, and other staff, consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Perform patient care in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet productivity expectations.
  • Maintain a positive impact on customers (internal and external).
  • Implement, review, and revise plans of treatment.
  • Provide client education for clients/caregivers receiving IV therapy at home.
  • Initiate, maintain, and discontinue IV services with clients in a complete, thorough, and timely manner.
  • Submit documentation within the 48-hour guideline.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Provider in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
  • Valid driver's license.
