About the Job
DeZURIK is seeking an experienced Enterprise Portal Administrator to manage our client portals and ensure seamless customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving portal-related issues.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement content strategies for stakeholder portals
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management teams to support bid and order inquiries
• Develop resources to help team members efficiently utilize stakeholder portals
• Manage additional portal activities and projects as assigned
• Monitor daily portal activity and coordinate with Customer Support and Finance teams

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer success, portal management, product management, or similar role
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or other business platforms
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary and Benefits
DeZURIK offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Opportunities for professional growth and development are available.
