About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional II to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. As a DSP II, you will provide complete care of dietary, hygiene, grooming, and dressing needs, while redirecting behaviors with various activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathroom needs and change undergarments and/or clothing as needed.
  • Prepare daily meals and assist with clean-up.
  • Pick-up/drop-off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility (if necessary).
  • Assist clients with daily routines, including visual and active planning.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • CPI certification.
  • DSP 1 & 2 certification.
  • Valid in-state driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses.
