Shred Driver

VRC Companies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shred Driver to join our team. As a Shred Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting confidential documents to various locations for destruction.

• Operate a company vehicle to transport documents, equipment, and supplies to and from customer locations.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on truck and shredder equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and security.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
