Our Mission
We offer integrated services across the continuum of care, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, cognitive care, and telemedicine. Our centers are earning quality assurance accreditation and pioneering person-directed care. Many of our skilled nursing facilities have achieved a 4 or 5-star overall rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
What We Offer
As a Registered Nurse at Signature HealthCARE, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and residents. You will provide direct and compassionate care, maintaining the highest degree of quality. You will also supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess an Active RN license in the state of residence, Current/active CPR Certification, and excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. You must also be customer service oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
