We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Lure Fish House, a family-owned restaurant in Camarillo dedicated to serving the freshest, most delicious seafood.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Guest Satisfaction: Foster a positive and memorable dining experience by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead & Train Your Team: Build a strong, cohesive team by effectively communicating policies, standards, and company values. Provide ongoing coaching and development to staff in all front-of-house positions.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the restaurant. Oversee daily operations to maximize profitability and schedule staff effectively.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular line checks to ensure all food and beverage items meet Lure Fish House's high standards.
• Profit & Loss Management: Understand and contribute to the restaurant's financial success.
• Technology Savvy: Proficient in Aloha POS system.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary (starting at $26 per hour) + Profit sharing program (20-40% target) Earned profit share is paid out every 4 weeks.

Qualifications:

• Restaurant management experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
• Must possess a Manager Servsafe certificate, RBS certificate, and Manager Harassment Class certificate.
