Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Housekeeping Team, the Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Your efforts will contribute to a home-like ambiance that guests appreciate from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding service by promptly addressing guest requests with genuine care and attention, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the swift return of lost items to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Preparing cleaning carts with all necessary supplies to facilitate efficient room cleaning throughout the day.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to cleanliness by dusting surfaces, disposing of waste, sanitizing bathrooms, and refreshing linens and towels in guest rooms, ensuring every detail is attended to.
  • Reporting supply levels and any maintenance issues promptly to support seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to:

  • Lift and carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Push and pull wheeled carts of significant weight.
  • Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods, and work in confined spaces.
  • Meet daily cleaning targets, including thoroughly cleaning a minimum of 13 rooms.

Qualifications:
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:
Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a housekeeping role is preferred.
