Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Educator to join our team at Oxford Nursing & Rehab Center. As a key member of our clinical education department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of our staff members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Orient new staff members to our facility's policies and procedures.
  2. Design and deliver training programs to address specific department needs.
  3. Schedule in-services and coordinate with staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
  4. Supervise online education and monitor employee completion rates.
  5. Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  6. Maintain accurate records of orientation and in-service training.
  7. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current licensure as a Registered Nurse or equivalent certification.
  • At least two years of long-term care experience, preferably in a teaching or instructional capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range:$73,000 - $93,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
