Job Summary

As a Dishwasher at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Operate the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment safely and correctly
  • Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
  • Focus on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind
  • Follow all cleanliness and safety protocols
