Job Overview

Tal Healthcare, a leading non-profit organ procurement organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its team. This exciting opportunity will see you coordinate and schedule appointments, provide information to callers, order supplies, and file documents while relieving the Chief People Officer of clerical work and administrative duties.

About the Role
  • Assist with recruitment processes for non-exempt and exempt positions, including part-time and per diem roles.
  • Support all phases of the interview/selection process, which includes posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and generating reports.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure that new hires' files are complete.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of human resources generalist experience and 2 years of administrative assistant or related experience are required.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are essential. Basic knowledge of human resources principles and practices is also required.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and convey a positive, professional image to applicants and employees is crucial.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum,
