Xactimate Estimator

About the Company SERVPRO Global DRT, a leading provider of emergency and reconstruction services, is seeking an experienced Xactimate Estimator to join our team. As a Xactimate Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for commercial reconstruction jobs using Xactimate software. Responsibilities include: * Delivering high-quality Xactimate estimates on time * Conducting site visits to gather information and assess damage * Communicating with restoration contractors and other stakeholders * Providing detailed scope and estimates for each project * Identifying and documenting areas of uncertainty or need for further investigation * Documenting all dimensions, diagrams, and images of each room or section * Identifying and documenting tasks to be performed in each room or section * Identifying and documenting exclusions from the project scope * Resolving disputes or questions with insurance adjustors as needed Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating using Xactimate * Prior experience as a property adjuster or building consultant preferred * Ability to work in person at our Encino office 5 days a week and commute to job sites as needed * Successful completion of a background check subject to applicable law Compensation: $75,000-$150,000 per year If you are a skilled Xactimate Estimator looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please apply today ", "requirements": ["Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating using Xactimate", "Prior experience as a property adjuster or building consultant preferred", "Ability to work in person at our Encino office 5 days a week and commute to job sites as needed", "Successful completion of a background check subject to applicable law"], "compensation": "$75,000-$150,000 per year"}
