Kitchen Cleaner

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our dishes and equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning all dishes, silverware, and other items in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions. This includes:

• Running dishes and silverware through the dish machine following proper procedures.
• Cleaning and maintaining certain equipment and areas as designated by management.
• Keeping the dish room clean at all times.
• Ensuring sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
• Cleaning the dish machine after every meal.
• Sweeping and mopping the dish room floor at the end of each day and emptying the mop bucket.
• De-liming the dish machine once a week.
• Scrubbing and soaking all stained cups weekly.

To excel in this role, you will require excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
