Subway Crew Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Subway team as a Sandwich Artist. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality sandwiches, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve sandwiches to customers, adhering to Subway's quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate the cash register, handle customer transactions, and manage cash and credit card transactions.
- Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and stocking shelves.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and preparing the store for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
