As an Assistant Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with staff management. Key Responsibilities and Skills
Key responsibilities include driving sales, providing customer service, managing staff schedules, supporting payroll processing, enforcing company processes, and maintaining safety standards. Required skills and qualifications include a minimum of two years of sales/retail experience, availability for 20+ hours per week, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
