Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bowling Lane Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Stars and Strikes. As a key member of our facility maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the lanes, pinsetters, and other equipment are in top working condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pinsetters, ball returns, and other equipment.
  • Clean and maintain the lanes, approaches, pin decks, kickbacks, and ball returns to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Perform minor repairs to the facility, including but not limited to, replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and making minor adjustments to equipment.
  • Work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably in a bowling or entertainment facility.
  • Basic working knowledge of hand tools and ability to use them effectively.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
