We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our food preparation areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and compartment sinks efficiently and effectively.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including floors, walk-in coolers, and walk-in freezers.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace bags or liners as needed.
  • Assist cooks and prep cooks with simple tasks as required.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience in dishwashing or food and beverage venues preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions
