**Job Summary:**

As an Assistant Lead Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for performing complex calculations, structural analysis, and engineering to develop innovative aluminum deck solutions for multi-family housing projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the lead structural engineer to ensure technical excellence and quality control
* Oversee various projects of all sizes and types, including aluminum decks and railings, aluminum and steel connections within deck systems, and external engineering projects
* Work with Engineers in Training to develop their skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

* Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
* Excellent communication and project management skills
