Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced social pedagogue to join our team as a Youth Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to young people and their families, working closely with our team to develop and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized support plans for young people and their families
• Provide guidance and support to young people in their social and emotional development
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new programs and services
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Pedagogy or Social Work
• Bachelor's degree in Education or Social Pedagogy
• or a comparable degree;
• preferably with additional training in systemic therapy, and ideally with a specialization in trauma pedagogy and at least three years of professional experience in youth support (according to SGB VIII)
