Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Commission Lead who will cater to North America customers, supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation.

The individual will work closely with our onsite sales/delivery teams, participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create procedures and packages to validate data and for reporting.
  • Strong knowledge on Compensation Plan/Rule configuration, Commission, Reports, Data integration.

Requirements:

  • Follow coding standards and best practices to check code quality.
  • Perform complex integration on SAP Commission and DI (SAP HANA).
  • Coordinate with team during the testing phase.
  • Create and update knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository.
  • Provide guidance to team members to maintain all documentation related to project.
  • Conduct KT sessions.
