About the Role

La Lomita, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance procedures, troubleshoot and repair facility problems, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure that all maintenance repair service requests are scheduled and completed in a timely manner, and maintain and repair lighting systems, test equipment, and hand and power tools.
  • Quality Control: Perform periodic quality checks on all equipment and systems to ensure they are up to standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and assist other departments as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized inventory of supplies and hardware, and ensure that refrigerators and freezers are stocked with fresh products.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
