Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will provide basic nursing assistance and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and feeding.
  • Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding.
  • Assist residents with range of motion exercises and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
  • Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.

Requirements:

  • Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
