Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates and other store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store's backroom team to ensure efficient product flow and maximize sales.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
