**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Your Papa John's. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Cash Handling: Execute cash management duties, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment, including adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
